## Position Overview
The CSR Program Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing impactful social initiatives. General Requirements

* Academic Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Communications, Community Development, or a related field.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
* Professional Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, showcasing creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
* Leadership: Proven leadership capability with a strong focus on service excellence.
* Location: The role is based in Jakarta.
## Specific Technical Qualifications
Successful applicants will demonstrate a deep understanding of the social sector and possess the following specialized experience:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CSR program management, community empowerment, or working within a social organization. This includes experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
* Technical Proficiency: Capability in conducting social studies, baseline surveys, SROI (Social Return on Investment), and social impact research is considered a significant advantage.
* Standards and Compliance: A solid understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 guidelines, and corporate CSR indicators is required.
* Strategic Networking: Established professional networks with corporations and key stakeholders will be highly valued.
* Documentation and Design: The ability to craft compelling proposals, detailed program reports, and regulatory documentation is essential. Furthermore, candidates must be adept at designing research-based, participatory social programs.
