1. Barge Escort Operator
We are seeking an experienced maritime professional to manage our escort operations safely and efficiently.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in the maritime sector, preferably within the palm oil industry.
* Core Competencies:
* Extensive experience managing escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading activities.
* Solid understanding of navigation basics and maritime safety.
* Proficiency in operating marine communication devices (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS).
* Mastery of tugboat escort Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Familiarity with the ISPS Code regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Ability to draft comprehensive operational reports.
* Possession of an ISPS Code certificate is strongly preferred.

2. Instrument Control Technician
