Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and production preparation. Your primary duties will include:
* Material Management: Receiving raw materials and packaging components and ensuring they are stored correctly in designated locations.
* Production Preparation: Proactively preparing the necessary raw materials and packaging supplies required for daily production schedules.
* Precision Weighing: Executing the weighing process for raw materials with extreme focus and technical adherence to ensure recipe accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants should possess the following skills and professional background:
* Educational Background: A formal education (vocational degree) in Pharmacy (SMK Farmasi).
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Weighing Operator or in a closely related industrial role.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office, professional weighing scales, and relevant digital inventory or production systems.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with high speed and exceptional accuracy to meet production targets.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) and Good Distribution Practices (CDOB).
