## Job Vacancy: Admin Sales Export
AMFG is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the team in Jakarta as an Admin Sales Export. This is a strategic role designed to support the company’s vast international supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Prepare, process, and manage all export documentation—including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and Certificates of Origin (COO)—with high accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
* Logistics Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate export orders, freight forwarding, and shipping schedules with both internal departments and external logistics partners.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all export activities strictly comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping protocols.
* Performance Monitoring: Track ongoing export operations and generate comprehensive reports to assist management in evaluating business performance.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Transportation, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a comparable administrative or sales support role.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based permanently in Ancol, Jakarta.
## Compensation and Recruitment Guidelines
* Estimated Salary Range: IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 8,600,000 per month.
