## Open Position: Field Operator – Pressure Pumping
Baker Hughes is currently inviting ambitious candidates to apply for the Field Operator – Pressure Pumping position. This role is essential to the Pressure Pumping division, requiring individuals who are capable of handling complex projects and upholding the company’s reputation for flawless service delivery and rigorous cementing job audits.
Key Responsibilities
In this technical role, you will be a vital part of on-site operations. Your daily duties will include:
* Operational Excellence: Executing daily maintenance and equipment operations in strict accordance with client specifications.
* Equipment Oversight: Managing the mobilization of rig-up equipment, performing pre-mobilization checks, and documenting technical data or any deviations from standard protocols.
* Safety Compliance: Prioritizing health and safety by reporting all incidents, near-misses, or hazardous conditions immediately. You will be expected to operate all machinery in full compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations.
* General Maintenance: Performing routine upkeep on all auxiliary and service equipment to ensure that all assets remain in a "ready-to-use" status for ongoing projects.
* Client Coordination: Hooking up equipment to existing client facilities and ensuring seamless integration with the client's onsite requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills

* Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or equivalent, supported by at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Pressure Pumping (either land-based or offshore).

* Mechanical Aptitude: A strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain specialized industrial equipment.
* Adaptability: The capacity to work in remote, challenging environments, including offshore locations or mobile vessels.
* Flexibility: Availability to work irregular schedules and remain on call 24 hours a day when project demands require it.
