Available Position: QC Administration Staff
We are currently looking for a dedicated QC Admin Staff member to manage our quality control documentation and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and oversee comprehensive quality control administration processes.
* Generate detailed daily reports and data summaries regarding QC metrics.
* Ensure the systematic filing and organization of documents in strict adherence to company protocols.
* Coordinate and fulfill the operational needs of the QC personnel team.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Fisheries, Accounting, or Accounting Computerization.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of relevant administrative experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards is essential.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and digital QC platforms is highly preferred.
* Data Skills: Strong capabilities in data processing and statistical analysis.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, initiative-driven mindset.
