## Career Opportunity: Management Trainee (MT) Batch 2
We are looking for motivated, high-potential individuals to join our second Management Trainee (MT) cohort. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who are passionate about sustainability and corporate excellence.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Management Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma for all majors, with preference given to Marketing or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.5 for university graduates, specifically in Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred for university graduates (minimum score of 500). High school graduates with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, an active and communicative personality, and a history of leadership in campus or school organizations.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in any of our operational development regions.
