## Open Positions and Requirements
We are currently hiring for a variety of roles across our Head Office in Jakarta and our various mining sites. Please review the professional requirements for each opportunity below:
Management and Supervisory Roles
* Superintendent SCM: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management, 3+ years of experience in mining supply chain, and proficiency in SAP or Odoo.
* Superintendent Finance: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of supervisory experience in mining finance, and strong analytical capabilities.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years of experience, and Brevet A&B certification is preferred.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in software such as Surpac or MineSight.
* Supervisor SHE: Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety, 3+ years of experience, and certifications including POP, SMKP, and General K3 Expert.
* Maintenance Planner: Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and expertise in project management and maintenance scheduling.
Technical and Operational Support
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 2+ years of industry experience.
* Foreman (Production, Fuel): Minimum Diploma in Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills.
* Mechanic A2B/DT: SMA/SMK education, 2+ years of experience maintaining heavy equipment (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi).
* Auto Electrician: 3+ years of experience in heavy automotive electrical systems, including AC and wiring repair.
* Tyreman: 2+ years of experience in tire maintenance and servicing for mining equipment.
* Dispatch: Diploma degree, 1+ year of experience in logistics monitoring and reporting.
* Surveyor: Diploma in Geodesy or Civil Engineering with 2+ years of field survey experience.
* Welder: Diploma degree with BNSP welding certification (SMAW 3G+) and 2+ years of industrial experience.
Heavy Equipment Operators
All operator positions require a minimum of 2 years of experience, an active B2/B2 Umum driver’s license, and preferably an SIO (Operator License). We are specifically looking for candidates for the following units:
* Excavator Operator (Small to Large class)
* Grader Operator
* Dozer Operator (D6/D85)
* Wheel Loader/LGMG/SKT Operator
* Compactor Operator
* Dump Truck Operator (Hino 500/700 series)
* Water Truck Operator
* Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operator
* Fuel/Lube Truck Operator
* Manhaul Driver (Requires familiarity with site meeting points and safety protocols)
