## Production Operator Opening
We are currently looking to recruit 12 motivated individuals to join our Production Group. This is a vital role designed for those who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Machine Operations: Safely and efficiently operate various production machinery, including blowing, mixing, and packaging units.
* Production Preparation: Manage raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to ensure continuous workflow.
* Process Monitoring: Oversee production lines to maintain consistency, quality, and operational flow.
* Maintenance: Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
* Documentation: Accurately prepare shift-based production reports to ensure transparency and operational tracking.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of production, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience as a production operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
* Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of PET bottle production machinery.
* Personal Attributes: A strong sense of professional responsibility, discipline, and a commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at our Ciawi facility in Bogor Regency, West Java.
