Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Maximum 26 years of age with a minimum Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in a related administrative or maintenance support role.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory, and applicants must possess a valid JLPT certificate.
* Technical Literacy: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Professional Attributes: A strong work ethic, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable personality.
