1. Management Trainee (MT)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* Specializations: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or Accounting.
2. Staff
* Education: Diploma (D3) from a reputable university.
* Specializations: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or Accounting.
3. Foreman
* Education: High School Diploma (SMA majoring in Science/IPA) or Vocational High School (SMK) of any major.
