## Current Openings: Technical and Operational Roles
We are currently expanding our workforce at our Pulau Burung and Guntung locations. We are inviting qualified vocational graduates (SMK) and professionals to fill positions as Operators, Mechanics, Technicians, and Analysts.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be integral to the maintenance and efficiency of our production facilities. Key duties include:
* Conducting thorough inspections to diagnose equipment and machinery malfunctions based on operational reports.
* Performing timely repairs on electrical systems and mechanical components.
* Executing routine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment longevity and performance.
* Providing field-based support to departmental and cross-departmental operations to meet production targets.
* Upholding strict Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards during every stage of the work process.
Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the high standards of the Sambu Group, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, at least 18 years of age.
* Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK) graduates with a concentration in Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/AC, Welding, or Automotive.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates high levels of integrity, responsibility, and independence; possesses strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to new environments and comfort working in remote industrial settings.
* Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in Sumatra are highly encouraged to apply.
* Deployment: Must be willing to be stationed at our facilities in Pulau Burung or Sungai Guntung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
