PT. Royalboard Banguninti (Djabesmen Co.) is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Foreman to join our operations team at our manufacturing facility in East Cikarang.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize production machinery to ensure alignment with established operational standards.
* Quality & Quantity Control: Supervise production processes to ensure output meets strict quality benchmarks and volume targets.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records of all production activities to ensure operational transparency.
* Material Coordination: Oversee the availability and utilization of raw materials in accordance with the production schedule.
* Process Improvement: Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: Minimum D3 or D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred; high-potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of production workflows, AM & PM concepts, Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S, and OHS (K3).
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, high integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and perseverance.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift-based system.
* Location: Primary placement is at our manufacturing plant in East Cikarang.
