## 1. Management Trainee
Our Management Trainee (MT) program is specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through rigorous training and hands-on exposure.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) from a reputable institution with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Age: Maximum 25 years old as of April 2026.
* Language: High proficiency in written and verbal English.

* Reconcile financial statements with asset registers and support internal/external audits.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
