## Available Positions
1. Intake Operator
The Intake Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our production line from the very start.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing raw material requests from the warehouse, verifying inventory, overseeing bin intake processes, and preventing contamination. You will also monitor bin levels and ensure all intake lines are operational at the start of each shift.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Strong foundational knowledge of raw material handling, production workflows, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
* High attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills.
2. Control Panel Operator
This position is perfect for technically minded individuals who thrive in high-precision, automated environments.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing production processes via panel control, monitoring machinery from intake to bagging, and ensuring all additives are prepared correctly. You will maintain production logs and manage critical shift handovers.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Expertise in high-voltage systems, automation, and industrial machinery.
* Comprehensive understanding of TPM and production quality standards.
* Integrity-driven, results-oriented, and excellent communication abilities.
3. Bagging & Crumble Operator
As a Bagging & Crumble Operator, you are responsible for the final stage of our product’s journey before it reaches our customers.
* Key Responsibilities: Preparing packaging materials, labels, and pallets; ensuring the accuracy of product weighing; and maintaining the operational health of bagging and sewing machinery.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Knowledge of feed production standards and machinery (sieveters, weighing, and sewing).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team to hit daily production targets.
4. Production Operator (Press & Extruder)
This role is essential for ensuring the technical quality and physical consistency of our feed products.
* Key Responsibilities: Setting up and monitoring Press and Extruder machinery, managing critical parameters such as steam temperature and die settings, and performing routine troubleshooting to ensure optimal production output.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
