* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
