## General Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the same or equivalent position within an EPC project environment, specifically within the oil and gas or geothermal sectors.
* Language Proficiency: A high level of fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at either our Head Office or assigned project sites as required by operations.
