Available Positions and Core Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess both technical expertise and strong leadership potential. Across all roles, applicants must hold a minimum D4 or S1 degree with a GPA of at least 3.00. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a significant advantage.
1. Unit Head Development Program – Purchasing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, a broad professional network, and strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
* Commitment: Must agree to the 2-year service bond and be willing to relocate as required by company operations.
2. Unit Head Development Program – Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
