We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across various departments and locations:

1. E-Commerce Manager (Head Office – South Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Formulate and execute strategies to meet online sell-in targets.
* Design and manage promotional campaigns to maximize sell-out within allocated budgets.
* Elevate brand visibility and maintain a consistent presence across diverse digital platforms.
* Partner with key accounts to optimize product placement and brand representation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management.
* Expertise in digital marketing trends and online performance tools.
* Strong adaptability to Japanese corporate culture and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

2. Sales Executive (Indramayu)

Responsibilities:

* Drive sales goals and oversee market activities.
* Manage promotional efforts and regulate stock distribution (sell-in and sell-out).
* Report directly to superiors and ensure seamless operational execution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of experience in sales.

3. Junior Brand Manager – Pet Care (Head Office – South Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Execute marketing mix strategies and lead new product development projects.
* Monitor consumer behavior and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage both online and offline campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in brand or trade marketing.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
* Prior experience in the pet care industry is a significant advantage.

4. Local Supermarket Non-Exclusive Sales Supervisor (Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Lead sales performance and supervise market activity in the Sumatra/Aceh region.
* Manage stock distribution and promotional activities.
* Provide guidance and training to Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) and Merchandisers (MD).

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales supervision.
