## Current Open Positions
1. Operational Administrator (Location: Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
This role is the backbone of our daily operations. You will be responsible for data integrity, documentation flow, and systematic tracking of shipments.
* Educational Requirements: Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation management, and meticulous data entry.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
2. Service Advisor (Location: Makassar)
We are looking for a technical expert to bridge the gap between our service department and vehicle maintenance workflows.
* Educational Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a preference for Automotive majors.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Service Advisor.
* Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), familiarity with part catalogues, and management of work orders (SPK) and repair reporting.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a rotating shift pattern.
3. General Repair Mechanic (Location: Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya)
Our mechanics ensure that our fleet remains operational and reliable under all conditions.
* Educational Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive or Light Vehicle Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Deep expertise in truck maintenance and repair. You must be prepared for "storing" or emergency roadside service tasks.
* Work Ethic: High level of honesty, discipline, and physical resilience. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and a willingness to be stationed at any PT SIL workshop location as required.
4. Body Repair Mechanic (Location: Makassar, Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya)
Specialists in vehicle aesthetics and structural integrity are vital for our long-term fleet maintenance.
* Educational Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive studies.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in body repair, welding, or coachbuilding workshops.
* Additional Qualifications: Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license. A professional welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Requirements: Proven ability to work independently or as part of a crew, maintaining high standards of honesty and discipline.
