We are currently expanding our professional team and are seeking talented individuals to join our manufacturing facilities in Pasuruan, East Java.
## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are looking for a skilled legal professional to manage our internal and external industrial relations, ensuring compliance and harmonious workplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage comprehensive litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Oversee union and employee relations to foster a productive work environment.
* Draft and review legal opinions, legal standing documents, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Facilitate external relations with labor authorities, including Disnaker and PHI.
Requirements
* Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* At least two years of experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing environment.
* Fluency in English (both verbal and written communication).
* Professional advocate certification is highly preferred.
* Availability to work on-site at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.

## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance within our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the annual internal audit schedule and risk assessment framework.
* Compile and report audit findings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and ensure continuous improvement.
* Conduct rigorous internal audits to uphold product safety policies.
* Provide essential support during pre-external audit inspections.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience in QA Internal Auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in English for reporting and communication.
* Ability to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.
Essential Skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Solid understanding of BRC, HACCP, and CCP protocols.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships across departments.
