The R&D Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of the research and development division. This position is ideal for an organized individual who excels in administrative oversight and cross-functional team coordination.
* Manage contractor administration and personnel-related documentation.
* Oversee internal record-keeping and data filing systems.
* Provide essential support to the R&D team to ensure seamless project operations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.

* Supervise the harvesting of plant shoots and cutting procedures.
* Optimize irrigation, fertilization, and replanting schedules.
* Execute essential maintenance, including weeding and pesticide application.
* Monitor plant health consistently and provide detailed progress reports to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Support overarching production targets and handle specialized assignments as delegated by management.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agro-ecotechnology, or equivalent.
* A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a nursery environment.
* Deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for stool plant maintenance.
* Strong collaborative skills for effective team integration.
* Must be willing to work in a remote area within the Jambi region.
