Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in relevant fields:
Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation (for positions 1, 2, and 4).*
Accounting or Economics (for position 4).*
Management (for positions 2, 3, and 4).*
Education Technology, Human Resource Management, or Education (for position 3).*
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Professional Standing: Must not be currently under a service bond with any other institution or company.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a duration of 3 years and 6 months.
* Passion & Mobility: A genuine interest in the palm oil industry and the flexibility to be stationed at any of our operational locations.
