## Job Role Overview: Quality Control Operator

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and specification inspections on incoming parts and materials supplied by vendors, strictly adhering to established datasheets and technical drawings.
* Analyze inspection outcomes and formulate actionable improvement strategies to elevate overall product quality.
* Generate precise daily inspection logs and detailed defect reports in a timely manner.
* Perform verification checks on components returned from the production floor or field operations.
* Collaborate closely with team leaders to immediately address material non-conformities or operational abnormalities.
* Adhere strictly to company quality benchmarks, occupational health and safety regulations (K3), and foundational 5S workplace principles.

## Candidate Qualifications and Technical Competencies
