## Position Overview: Registration Staff
As a Registration Staff member at PT. Derma Elok Farma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all manufactured cosmetic products comply with national regulatory standards before they reach the market. This position demands a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be entrusted with managing the lifecycle of product approvals and maintaining rigorous documentation standards. Your core daily duties will include:
* Document Preparation: Compile, review, and organize comprehensive registration dossiers for newly developed products, product renewals, and formula or packaging variations.
* Regulatory Submissions: Seamlessly submit all required registration paperwork to the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) in strict adherence to current regulatory guidelines and timelines.
* Data Management: Maintain an impeccably organized, secure, and easily accessible digital and physical archive of all previously registered product documents and regulatory correspondence.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a meticulous professional who meets our high standards of industry experience and competence. Ideal applicants must possess the following qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience handling regulatory registrations specifically within the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
* BPOM Expertise: Proven, practical familiarity with navigating the BPOM submission system and handling official correspondence processes.
* Location: Candidates residing in or around the Tangerang area will be given primary preference.
* Halal Assurance: A solid understanding of Halal assurance systems and certification procedures will serve as a distinct competitive advantage during the selection process.
