## Job Description and Core Responsibilities
The Site Officer Shift acts as the operational linchpin at designated customer locations, handling critical responsibilities such as:
* Operational Oversight: Managing and supervising the receiving, storage, and distribution of fuel at customer locations.
* Inventory Control: Ensuring fuel stock availability aligns with operational demands while keeping inventory levels safely regulated.
* Reporting and Reconciliation: Conducting thorough daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of fuel stocks.
* Facility Management: Overseeing bulk storage tanks, which includes volume measurement, product quality supervision, and routine maintenance checks of storage facilities.
* Loss Prevention: Identifying, reporting, and conducting initial investigations regarding inventory discrepancies (gains or losses) and product shrinkage.
