1. Senior Legal Counsel
This pivotal role reports to the Legal Manager of Operations and serves as a primary legal contact for procurement, project management, and daily business activities.
* Drafting and negotiating high-value contracts, including drilling, marine charters, FEED, EPCI, and O&M agreements.
* Ensuring total compliance with international regulations and local guidelines, specifically PTK-007.
* Managing legal disputes and representing the company’s interests in collaboration with external counsel.
* Liaising with regulatory bodies and providing legal inputs for company policies.
* Representing the legal department within tender committees.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-house counsel in the oil and gas sector or at a reputable law firm.
* Professional Certification: PTK-007 certification and PERADI admission are preferred.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to identify legal risks, proactively propose solutions, and collaborate across diverse internal teams.
* Language: Must be fully fluent in spoken and written English, with advanced legal drafting capabilities.
2. Project Officer (Agriculture and Carbon Offset)
This role is designed to support the development of new company ventures focused on sustainable agricultural activities and carbon offset production.
* Facilitating the growth and promotion of agribusiness and carbon sequestration initiatives.
* Managing relationships with agricultural counterparts and local stakeholders.
* Overseeing supply chain logistics for bio-feedstocks and agricultural products.
* Ensuring all activities align with global standards, local laws, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Industrial Engineering discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in either the oil and gas or agricultural feedstock sectors.
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HSE best practices, project commissioning, and start-up procedures.
* Communication: Strong data-driven influencing skills and technical fluency in English.
