## Current Opening: Production Operator (Second Process)
As part of our ongoing expansion at our facility in the Japanese SMEs Center, Delta Silicon 6, we are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Production Operator to join our Second Process team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high manufacturing standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and a dedication to continuous improvement. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; candidates with a technical vocational background are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a production operator role.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and understand technical engineering drawings accurately.
* Precision Measurement: Proficient in utilizing precision measurement instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
* Machine Operation: Competent in operating manual machinery, including Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Welding, and Grinding equipment, specifically for Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze production workflows and implement effective improvement strategies.
* Work Ethic: Prepared to work in shift patterns and commit to a long-term position at our Delta Silicon 6, Lippo Cikarang facility.
