## OJT Program: Role Overview
The On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at our Head Office in Samarinda offers a unique opportunity for emerging professionals to immerse themselves in corporate systems and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
* ERP System Management: Actively contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to conduct preliminary data analysis, providing actionable insights for management.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operational needs and system development initiatives.
* Administrative & IT Support: Execute essential IT and administrative tasks in alignment with company standards and supervisory guidance.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and professional drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A recent graduate (D4/S1) holding a degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Information Management.
* Technical Proficiency:
* A solid grasp of ERP conceptual frameworks.
* Familiarity with ERP software platforms such as Odoo or similar systems.
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel for analytical purposes.
* Foundational knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, are strongly encouraged to apply.
