We are currently seeking talented professionals to fill the following roles:
## 1. Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in mining facility construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 is required. Holding a POP certification is highly preferred.
* Responsibilities: Reviewing consultant designs for constructability, supervising mechanical construction, managing quality control, and resolving technical issues during commissioning.
## 2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
Placement: Jakarta (Initial) transitioning to Wahau Mine Site
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level experience in reputable coal mining. Must possess deep expertise in mine production, budgeting, and team leadership. Holding valid KIT and POU certifications is essential.
* Responsibilities: Overseeing daily coal mining operations, managing contractor performance, ensuring cost-effective production, and driving continuous improvement in adherence to safety and mining regulations.
## 3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Coal Processing, Overland Conveyors, and Bulk Material Handling. Must be proficient in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, ASME, and ANSI standards, with advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling software.
* Responsibilities: Leading EPC construction projects, ensuring strict QA/QC compliance, managing project budgets, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to guarantee successful project handovers.
## 4. Long Term Mine Planning Engineer
Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with 5+ years of open-pit mining experience. Strong technical proficiency in Minescape/MineX software and a solid understanding of KCMI codes, geotechnical concepts, and mine economics are required.
* Responsibilities: Developing optimal long-term mine plans, conducting feasibility studies, performing coal reserve estimations, and executing risk analysis to support strategic company goals.
## 5. Geotechnical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta (with travel to Nusantara Site)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5+ years of experience. Must be highly skilled in slope stability analysis, foundation design, and software such as Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD. Experience in interpreting borehole and laboratory data is vital.
* Responsibilities: Conducting site investigations, evaluating slope stability, developing geotechnical models, and providing technical recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure the structural integrity of mining infrastructure.
## 6. Document Controller (CSAG)
Placement: Wahau Site (Askara)
* Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in document management within mining or construction. Proficiency in systems such as Aconex or SharePoint is required, alongside excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
* Responsibilities: Overseeing the lifecycle of project documentation, including version control, filing, retrieval, and reporting to ensure all technical specifications and contracts are accurate and accessible.
