## Seeking Skilled Talent: Junior Operator Role
To maintain our industry-leading standards, PT Jawa Satu Power is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Operator. This position is integral to the safe, reliable, and efficient functionality of our gas turbine combined cycle systems. Working under the guidance of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, the successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The Junior Operator will be tasked with the following duties:
* Ensuring all plant equipment and systems operate within prescribed safety and efficiency guidelines.
* Assisting in the monitoring of power plant processes to maintain operational integrity.
* Working a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 power generation requirements.
* Applying analytical thinking to troubleshoot and address operational challenges as they arise.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) is essential.
* Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with CCGT operations, water chemistry, basic electrical/mechanical drawings, and standard power generation terminology is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
* Soft Skills: Must demonstrate high attention to detail, thoroughness, and superior analytical problem-solving abilities.
