## Open Position: Smelter Worker (Aluminium Welding)
We are looking for technical experts who are ready to contribute to the high-standard operations of our smelting facility. This role is critical to maintaining the structural integrity and efficiency of our production lines.
Core Responsibilities
* Precision Welding: Execute high-quality CO2 welding tasks according to industrial specifications.
* Material Preparation: Perform expert-level Arc Gouging to prepare metals for welding.
* Cutting Operations: Utilize Gas Cutting techniques to shape and size materials accurately.
* Operational Support: Adhere strictly to directives from supervisors to ensure seamless production cycles.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of documented experience in aluminium welding.
* Operational Skills: High level of precision, strong sense of discipline, and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule and adhere to a company-mandated roster system.
