## Job Overview and Primary Responsibilities
As a key member of our field sales team, you will act as the vital bridge between our world-class manufacturing standards and our expanding market base. Your core mission is to drive revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and expand product distribution within your designated territory.
Key Geographic Coverage Area
You will be stationed in and manage operations exclusively across the East Pantura region, covering the following key districts:
* Pati
* Kudus
* Jepara
* Rembang
* Purwodadi
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this competitive and rewarding role, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven working experience in marketing or field sales. Candidates with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be given priority consideration.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a strong aptitude for target-driven execution.
* Residency: Must currently reside within the Kudus area or its immediate surroundings.
* Mobility Requirements: Mandatory ownership of a reliable private vehicle accompanied by a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
