## The Management Trainee Experience

## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for proactive individuals who possess the initiative to drive results and the interpersonal grace to thrive in a collaborative environment. To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a minimum of a D3 or S1 degree in one of the following disciplines:
* Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
* Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
* Civil Engineering
* Forestry
* Informatics Engineering or Information Systems
* Law
* Accounting or Economic Management
* Japanese Literature
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable leadership potential, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong drive to learn.
* Professionalism: A proven track record or a fresh perspective characterized by a proactive work ethic and the ability to excel within team-oriented targets.
