## Role Overview: HR & GA Manager
In this pivotal leadership position, you will serve as the backbone of our organizational culture and operational efficiency. The HR & GA Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and general affairs to ensure seamless corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, hiring strategies, and long-term staff management.
* Performance and Compensation: Drive global performance management frameworks and oversee complex compensation and benefits packages.
* Compliance and Payroll: Manage statutory obligations, specifically PPH21 (income tax), while ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and legal practices remain compliant with local labor laws.
* Administrative Oversight: Direct General Affairs (GA) functions, including the meticulous management of company assets and facilities.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, dispute resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who blends strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a relevant field.
* Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in an HR leadership capacity, preferably as an HR Department Head.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, coupled with high-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary language for professional collaboration within our international team.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a Korean corporate environment or the IT/Tech industry is considered a significant advantage.
* Location and Availability: You must be willing to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and be available to join our team as soon as possible.
