## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at Nippon Paint, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations. Your daily efforts will ensure that our renowned quality reaches customers smoothly and efficiently.
Key Duties and Daily Tasks
* Process Execution: Execute manufacturing workflows strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established quality benchmarks.
* Preparation: Organize and prepare raw materials and specialized equipment prior to initiating production cycles.
* Equipment Management: Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery safely, adhering strictly to environmental regulations and occupational safety protocols.
* Quality Handoff: Supervise every phase of production until finished batches are successfully transferred to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate administrative records by completing production checklists and documentation precisely and on time.
* Sample Management: Collect and dispatch paint samples from various production stages for thorough laboratory inspection.
* Fulfillment: Prepare finished paint goods to meet technical specifications and prepare them for customer dispatch.
* Performance Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on machinery performance and operational workflows to guarantee seamless execution.
* Troubleshooting: Promptly report any operational bottlenecks, anomalies, or mechanical failures directly to supervisors.
* Compliance: Adhere to all internal company policies while actively supporting our comprehensive Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMU) or an equivalent educational qualification.
* Prior Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with previous working experience in a factory, warehouse, or industrial manufacturing setting.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrated diligence, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of personal accountability.
* Safety Consciousness: A strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and best practices.
* Adaptability: Exceptional capability in following complex work instructions and executing tasks precisely as outlined.
* Health Requirement: Must not be color-blind, as accurate color discernment is critical in paint manufacturing.
