1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing workflows are seamless, timely, and aligned with international quality standards.
* Orchestrate and manage comprehensive production schedules to optimize throughput.
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to safety and efficiency protocols.
* Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to streamline production-related processes.
* Provide essential administrative support to the production team.
* Monitor material availability to ensure production targets align with shipping deadlines.
* Oversee material movement throughout the production lifecycle.
* Generate detailed analytical reports and operational summaries.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Proven background in production planning, specifically within inventory management or administrative functions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.
* Self-motivated and independent worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our logistics department is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to manage the complexities of our import and export operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for principals, shipping terminals, and port authorities.
* Manage end-to-end documentation for international trade and domestic logistics.
* Prepare precise shipping documentation, including CEISA, Import/Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Track and monitor all export and import activities to ensure schedule compliance.
* Compile and submit accurate reports regarding the realization of logistics operations.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
* Relevant experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management.
* This position is based in Batam; candidates currently residing in Batam are highly encouraged to apply.
