1. Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that our vessel activities remain seamless and compliant with company standards.
* Managing and archiving all vessel-related documentation and reports.
* Monitoring Daily Vessel Reports and tracking ongoing operational tasks.
* Compiling comprehensive daily report summaries.
* Tracking and managing supply requirements for vessel operations.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to maintain optimal vessel performance.
* Male, holding a degree in Marine Engineering or Shipping Studies.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience.
* Prior experience in the Oil & Gas shipping industry is highly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Familiarity with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Strong collaborative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
This senior-level role is essential for maintaining our high safety standards and operational efficiency in high-stakes environments.
* Male, preferably with a degree in Shipping or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of five years of experience in a dedicated HSE role.
* Extensive background in the Oil & Gas maritime sector.
* Must hold active certifications including General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum), Internal Auditor ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code (Company Security Officer).
* Relevant training certifications in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and CSMS.
* Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
