## Current Career Opportunity: Electrical Technician
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our electrical systems and ensuring safety compliance across our project sites.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of electrical maintenance, including:
* Commissioning and Maintenance: Managing start-up procedures, inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of electrical systems within refinery environments.
* System Diagnostics: Assessing the condition and functionality of motors, panels, MCC units, switchgears, transformers, cabling, lighting, and grounding systems.
* Operational Execution: Carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in strict accordance with maintenance plans and work orders.
* Technical Compliance: Reading and interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure precision.
* Safety Adherence: Strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Permits to Work, Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA), and all HSSE regulations.
* Documentation: Recording work results, identifying abnormalities, and providing actionable recommendations to supervisors and engineers.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in coupling/uncoupling procedures and motor gearboxes.
* Proficiency in utilizing specialized electrical measurement tools.
* Strong capability in rapid and precise electrical troubleshooting.
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams.
* Solid grasp of fundamental electrical equipment operations.
* Location: Residents of Balikpapan or the surrounding areas are preferred.
* Employment Status: Willingness to work as a Contract-Based Employee (Tenaga Alih Daya/TAD).
