## Open Positions and Requirements

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles to help drive our company’s vision and operational success.

1. Automation Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
* Develop cost-effective strategies for both new and existing manufacturing processes.
* Oversee automation projects, manage engineering teams, and maintain departmental budgets.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation.
* Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.

2. HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Maintain HRIS modules, including timekeeping, leave management, overtime, and payroll-related data.
* Generate comprehensive reports on staffing metrics and attendance for management review.
* Handle employment documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

* Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Informatics, Management, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
* Experience with SAP software is a significant plus.

3. Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Execute machinery trials and equipment commissioning.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation and project reports.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production and procurement departments.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

4. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Ensure production targets are met in alignment with strict quality standards.
* Manage team scheduling, task delegation, and workflow supervision.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
* Deep understanding of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and delegation capabilities.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to communicate in English.
* Must be willing to work in a 3-shift rotation system.

5. Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

* Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production machinery per SOPs to meet daily output goals.
* Record daily production data, raw material usage, and technical issues.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of operational experience; or
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Working knowledge of GMP and Workplace Safety (K3).

6. Instrumentation & Calibration Technician

Responsibilities:

* Verify, measure, and adjust the accuracy of precision instruments.
* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot sensor and control systems.
* Maintain accurate logs of data, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics with a focus on Instrumentation.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in instrumentation and calibration is preferred.
* Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.

7. Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs to minimize production downtime.
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Manage spare parts inventory and document all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Previous maintenance experience in the food industry is an advantage.
* Must be able to work 3 shifts and adhere to GMP and K3 safety protocols.
