## Join Our Management Trainee Operations Program (Batch 2)

Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this elite program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Passion: A genuine interest and commitment to building a long-term career in the F&B sector.
* Professional Aptitude: Exceptional adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of active organizational involvement.
* Drive and Initiative: A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
Program Logistics and Mobility
Successful applicants must be prepared for the demands of the training cycle:
1. Training Location: Candidates must be willing to undergo the initial one-year training program based in Malang and Surabaya.
2. National Deployment: After completing the one-year training cycle, trainees must be willing to be stationed at any Mie Gacoan operational site across Indonesia.
3. Selection Process: Candidates must be available for an offline user selection process (Focus Group Discussion and User Committee Interview) at our Head Office in Malang, or via virtual platforms for those residing outside of Java.
