Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Monitor manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and architect strategic improvement projects.
* Data Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of manufacturing datasets to evaluate project performance and effectiveness.
* Strategic Reporting: Present comprehensive project findings and improvement proposals directly to senior management.
* Leadership Support: Assist Manufacturing Managers in performance evaluations and contribute to high-level strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements

* Mobility: Willingness to undergo a 6 to 12-month Comprehensive Leadership Program and relocate to any of our Indonesian operational sites, including Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi.

Key Responsibilities
