We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to oversee Key Performance Indicators across our operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile daily, weekly, and monthly data regarding inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
* Analyze performance metrics, isolate trends, and formulate actionable operational insights.
* Deliver accurate, timely KPI reports to internal departments and external clients.
* Develop professional visual presentations and infographics using Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw.
* Support the Control Tower division by providing precise analytical data on demand.
