## Open Position: Production Operator
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the role of Production Operator. This position is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met throughout the production cycle.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Age Range: Candidates must be between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 155 cm, no visible tattoos, and must not be colorblind.
* Experience: Previous experience as a Production Operator (minimum 1 year) is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
