## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
The Human Resources team at TPI plays a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency, employee well-being, and compliance across all operational levels. As an HR Staff member, your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative and strategic functions:
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes and seamlessly integrate new hires in strict alignment with established company standards.
* Remuneration Management: Oversee on-site employee compensation and benefits administration to guarantee accurate and complete HR records.
* Database Maintenance: Update and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, ensuring total data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Administrative Compliance: Handle employee healthcare administration, attendance tracking, official reference letters, workforce databases, and official documentation for expatriates and foreign workers.
* Learning & Development: Plan, execute, and document comprehensive employee development initiatives—including skills assessments, targeted training, certifications, and performance evaluations—within designated budgets and regulatory frameworks.
* Corporate Culture & Engagement: Coordinate company events by managing the preparation, execution, and documentation phases according to the official corporate calendar.
* Reporting: Generate thorough monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HR reports that satisfy internal leadership, financial lenders, and governmental agencies.
* Safety and Environmental Compliance: Strictly adhere to K3LH regulations, operational procedures, and management system guidelines within the HRGA-IT Department to actively support the company's ultimate goals of achieving Zero Accidents, Zero Environmental Pollution, and top-tier power plant performance.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma III (D3) degree in any major, with a strong preference for candidates holding a degree in Psychology and a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates demonstrating high potential are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside professionals possessing 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR Staff member or Administrator.
