## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the continued success and safety of our operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or relevant D3/S1 degree corresponding to the applied position.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, specifically within the coal mining industry.
* Mandatory Certifications:
* POP Certification: Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welding Certification: Required for the Welder position.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mining operations, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, effective coordination skills, and a proven ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Performance Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet operational targets, and adapt to the rigorous demands of a remote mining site.
