Key Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D1/D4 or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Industry Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a Surveyor (Marine, Petroleum, or Agricultural).
* Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in calculating CPO volumes in both vessel tanks and land-based storage.
* Competence in cargo calculations using ship and barge draught surveys.
* Familiarity with sampling methods for both liquid and solid agricultural products.
* Solid understanding of local, import, and export agricultural logistics.
* Knowledge of cargo weighing procedures for both containers and trucks.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
