Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMK/SLTA level), with a preference for candidates specializing in Graphic Arts (Grafika).
2. Work Ethics: A demonstrated history of punctuality, honesty, diligence, and accountability.
3. Professionalism: Excellent communication skills paired with a positive, proactive attitude.
4. Operational Capability: The ability to function effectively both as an independent worker and as a collaborative team member.
5. Flexibility: Must be prepared to work in a shift-based environment.
6. Current Status: Candidates must not be currently bound by any other active employment contracts.
