1. Leadership Roles
* Branch Head: Responsible for branch strategy, operational efficiency, financial target achievement, and staff development. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering with at least 5 years of managerial experience in the heavy equipment industry.

2. Corporate and Financial Functions
* Corporate Secretary & Reporting Staff: Manages corporate administration and capital market reporting. Requires a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience.

* Finance Staff: Manages cash flow, treasury, and accounting reconciliations. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting and experience in banking or treasury operations.

3. Sales and Business Development
* Business Partnership (Agriculture): Focuses on identifying market needs and delivering John Deere solutions. Requires 2 years of sales experience in heavy machinery or automotive sectors.

* Part Service Sales (PSS): Focuses on spare parts and after-sales growth. Requires 2 years of experience in parts sales or service sectors.

* Mekanik (Mechanic): Performs maintenance and technical support for heavy equipment. SMK qualification in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engineering is required, plus 2 years of field experience.

* Foreman: Oversees tractor maintenance and leads the mechanic team. Requires 5 years of experience in John Deere tractor repair.
