Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Education, Building Engineering Education, or Educational Technology.
* Professional Experience: At least 6 (six) months of demonstrable experience in developing educational or training curricula and modules.
Technical Competencies
* Taxonomy of Learning: Proficient in applying hierarchical frameworks to classify learning objectives across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
* Curriculum Design: Capable of drafting comprehensive training curricula, including Course Design Blueprints (syllabi) and Detailed Lesson Plans (RPP).
* Instructional Layout: Skilled in designing interactive learning module layouts.
* Assessment Development: Competent in creating evaluation methods to measure diverse levels of cognitive ability.
* Higher-Order Thinking: Deep understanding of how to integrate Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) into training programs.

* Draft official Training Curriculum Books and Training Guidelines.

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 (one) year of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, educational video production, interactive multimedia, or hypermedia development.
Technical Competencies
* Media Planning: Capable of drafting Media Content Outlines (GBIM), material breakdowns (Storyboards and Flowcharts), and instructional media scripts.
* Visual Conceptualization: Skilled in establishing comprehensive visual concepts—including "look and feel," design consistency, and visual hierarchy principles for user interfaces (UI).
* Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in professional graphic, motion graphics, animation, and video editing suites (such as Adobe Creative Cloud), alongside specialized authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360.
